Throughout our time working with you we will always strive to improve service levels, remaining flexible in our approach and eager to listen.  We will always arrive on time and will always deliver what you ordered to the quality you require.  If by any chance we are unable to do so we will advise you in advance and will make recommendations accordingly.

Our telesales operation will simply call you to collect your order – not to do a hard sell!

Finally, to ensure that we are delivering what we promise, our management will also call you once every 4 – 6 weeks – simply to check that you are absolutely happy.
