Here we have some seasonal food we love for the month of January, don’t forget to check out our seasonal calendar to keep up to date with the rest of the months!
January Fruits
January is the month of citrus fruits! The best source of vitamin C during the colder weeks. Citrus fruits are also the best source of bioflavonoids, which help us strengthen our immune system and prevent seasonal illnesses.

- Oranges
- Passion fruit
